Accommodation Rates

MIDWEEK SPECIAL    10% Discount on all new bookings for August, September and October

TARIFF:

WEEKLY:
$1890 per week up to 8 guests.

WEEKENDS:
Available Friday to Sunday nights
$1140 for two nights, for 1 to 6 guests.
Add $50 per person per night for another 2 adults/children.
Max 8 guests.
Stay a third night for only $200 (covers all 8 guests)

MIDWEEK:
Using two bedrooms $600 for two nights.
Using three bedrooms $665 for two nights
Using all four bedrooms $730 for two nights

For a 3rd or 4th night add $200 per night to the midweek rates

NOTE:  There is a minimum acceptable booking of $540

MINIMUM STAY: Two nights midweek or weekends.  Three nights for long holiday weekends.

DEPOSIT: 50% or $500,  whichever is the lesser amount.

PAYMENT OF TARIFF: can be made via internet or branch transfer to our bank account (our preferred option) or by Visa or Mastercard.

CANCELLATION: Refunds are granted only if the vacancy is refilled in full by another booking.  A  $50 admin.fee will be deducted from any refunds.
